Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceGamey, meaty, cedar, pruney nose with tobacco, compost and light strawberry aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant but somewhat lean palate with light, gritty tannins. Coffee, peppery, strawberry, tobacco, gamey, celery root, menthol flavours. More austere style with some astringent tannins to dissipate.
