Continuum 2010

Napa Valley, California, United StatesBlack pepper, liquorice, leather, blackberry, spicy, savoury, tobacco, chocolate, cedar and black olive aromas. Ripe, round, suave, silky palate with light tannins. Coffee, peppery, blackberry jam, liquorice, leather, clove, vanilla, balsamic, chocolate and dried cranberry flavours. Very fine texture and length but with a lot of oak on the finish. Needs another two to four years to integrate. Now at 92 percent Pritchard Hill fruit it's time to shave a little new oak out of the regime and let the site shine.Tasted: 14 December 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
