Ripe, round, suave, silky palate with light tannins. Coffee, peppery, blackberry jam, liquorice, leather, clove, vanilla, balsamic, chocolate and dried cranberry flavours. Very fine texture and length but with a lot of oak on the finish. Needs another two to four years to integrate.
