Own rooted, 80-100 year old vines make up some of the fruit and you can taste the elegance and age in the mix. Floral, lavender peppery, black cherry, liquorice aromas morph into similar flavours that texturally are supple and velvety with freshness and length. Juicy and fun yet with finesse. It's a wonderful combination.
