Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, sweaty saddle leather, tobacco, prune, dried cranberry, liquorice, coffee, chocolate, barnyard aromas. Round, dry, fresh, somewhat astringent palate with light tannins. Coffee, vanilla, prune, leather, herbal, cranberry, smoky, rooty, cherry flavours with a meaty, ash and liquorice finish.
