Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc 2008

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, vanilla, coffee, cranberry, black cherry nose with bits of tobacco leaf, black olive, savoury, spicy aromas and more barnyard and leather. The entry is dry and elegant with a somewhat tart palate and light, dry tannins. Cedar, tobacco, coffee, vanilla, herbal, savoury, cranberry, sour cherry, dark chocolate, resin, earthy flavours with a bit of leather and Oxo on the finish. Good effort but will require another two to three years in bottle to really express itself.Tasted: 27 January 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
