Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc 2000
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDespite being harvested at a respectable 23 brix the nose is a mix of vegetal smoky notes with a touch of rubber boot, cranberry and black cherry. There's nice elegance and styling here with big smoky vanilla and cranberry fruit in the finish.
