Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainHuge spicy, peppery, black olive nose with tobacco, barnyard, cassis, coffee, vanilla, smoky, dried cranberry aromas with a touch of saddle leather. Dry, fresh, elegant, juicy palate with light, grainy tannins and a touch of austerity. Cassis, coffee, vanilla, herbal, tobacco, smoky, saddle leather, barnyard, olive, green bean and savoury flavours with a bit of Band-Aid and cedar on the finish. Good finesse and structure that will benefit from 3-7 years aging.
