Pétales d'Osoyoos 2007

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe current Pétales, edition No. 4, is tight and restrained with resiny, cherry, black olive aromas with dried herbs and coffee in the back end. Similar resin and dry tannins mark its palate which while elegant remains tight and closed with peppery, cranberry fruit. Surprisingly tight for a second label, it needs another three to five years in the bottle.Tasted: 06 August 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
