Pétales d'Osoyoos 2005

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, cherry, tobacco leaf, black olive, barnyard, cassis, coffee, herbal aromas. Dry, elegant, slightly tight and lean palate with light tannins. Cherry, cranberry, peppery, orange peel, five spice, tobacco, savoury, coffee and leather flavours. Good complexity needs a few years to round out.
