Fresh, crisp, delicate palate with juicy acidity in a more austere, linear style. Lime, grapefruit, nutty, spicy lees, light garlic, creamy vanilla, green apple flavours with a touch of seashore, butterscotch and chalk. Good balance and finesse in a fresh, tarter style that should age well over the next 3-5 years.
