Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaThe '96 Yattarna, an aboriginal name that loosely translates as "little by little, or gradually," is just beginning to unwind now revealing smoky, toasted oak notes on the nose and a richer, fuller mouth feel. There's more melon and guava fruit showing thorough now and some muted malolactic character. It's mostly Adelaide fruit with 10 percent from Tumbarumba in New South Wales.
