Piedmont, ItalySmoky, stewed cherry, smoky saddle nose with hints of leather, tobacco leaf, cooked carrot, spicy mushroom nose. Dry, light, thin, somewhat tart palate with light body. Green herbal, tobacco leaf, carrot top, caraway, smoky leather. Very herbal style this time out. Not very ripe.
