AustraliaAngus the Bull is a blend of cool Victoria fruit and selected parcels from about South Australia. It fresh fragrant spicy, bell pepper nose with blueberry/cassis fruit in the background. It enters with promise but mid-palate acidity and tannins tend to dry out the finish. Young and youthful you will need to tame this red with a rack of prime ribs.
