Tantalus Blanc de Noir 2023
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHand picked from a single estate block of 1985 planted clone 93 pinot noir, this was fermented in older puncheons over 7 months prior to moving to bottle and 22 months sur lattes. It was disgorged in February 2026 with a dosage from their 2022 Maija Pinot Noir, bringing the RS to 6.34 g/L. Pouring a gentle salmon hue (more a subtle rosé than a blanc), this streams along the svelte palate palate with wild strawberries, raspberries, crushed blossoms, meringue, and crisp green apple, leaving a trail of lemon pith and kisses of bergamot in its wake. A smart, likeable BdN for enjoying now.Tasted: 15 June 2026Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:| BC | $36.50 | 750ml | winery direct, select private wine shops and restaurant |
