Tantalus Blanc de Noir 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Blanc de Noir is handpicked from a single block of 1985 Clone 93 Pinot Noir. Described as a "pale sunset pink," this sophisticated fizz is reminiscent of Champagne. Fresh cut red apple and wild strawberry with a nutty brioche underside create refreshing highly sippable bubbles. The finish is all you could want in complexity, length, tension, and salinity. Drink or hold this will keep through 2027.
