FranceLatour collaborates with a variety of vineyards to craft a Chardonnay with Burgundian balance and finesse at an accessible price point. Grown over clay and limestone soils, it is fermented in both oak and a small amount of stainless steel, and the final blend is further softened through complete malolactic fermentation. The textures are unexpectedly rich and creamy, featuring fresh lemon, green apple, and pear, along with a hint of honey and lees.
