Burrowing Owl Pinot Noir 2018

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBOV sits on the Black Sage Bench a few kilometres southeast of the town Oliver. It’s not pinot noir country, but the style is spicy and rich, and the fruit is a silky mix of black cherries and candied raspberry, so it has its charms. It is aged in oak barrels from a mix of countries, but only a very small percentage is new. Ready to drink and should be served with richer mushroom or duck dishes.Tasted: 17 October 2020Tasted by: Prices:
