Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's rosé is based on Summerland gewürztraminer, with 24% chardonnay, 10% pinot gris, 8% kerner, and 2% viognier, all off the Black Sage Terrace in Oliver. The gris and gew saw limited skin contact, and all were whole cluster pressed into stainless for ferment and 3 months aging, without lees. Pouring a delicate blush hue, this leads with grapefruit, green melon, and crunchy crabapple, with a lime blossom kiss on the snappy finish.
