Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's rosé blends Gew and Chardonnay with splashes of merlot and pinot noir for the blush peach hue, and with grapes sourced from Oliver, Summerland, and Penticton. The whites were fermented in stainless, while the reds were fermented on skins for 19 days before pressing and blending, with all resting an additional 3 months before bottling. Very perfumed, with the gew is showing full force here via honeysuckle and gingerale, backed up with melon, lemon, and strawberry. Though the RS is low, the palate feels a bit softer through the shorter finish. A gentle, perfumed, friendly rosé to crack into this summer.Tasted: 21 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:
