Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2020 BB Rosé blends chardonnay, gewurztraminer, and merlot from their home base on the Black Sage terrace, as well as from Summerland. Each variety was fermented separately in stainless, where it aged 4.5 months on fine lees. Pouring a brilliant pale peach hue, this mid-sweet rosé shows heavily on the gewurztraminer, with ample fragrant lime blossoms, rosewater, jasmine on a spritely, medium-bodied palate.
