Unsworth Vineyards Rosé 2022
British Columbia, CanadaPouring a pale peach hue, this year's pinot noir rosé is sourced from 3 vineyards: Fraser Valley's Damm Vineyard; plus Cowichan's Unsworth Vineyard, and Cherry Point Vineyard. The destemmed fruit (clones 777, 667, 115) was fermented and aged on lees in stainless for 3 months. Rhubarb, strawberry yogurt, tangerine runs along the slip of a palate, with a sprinkle of spice on the fresh finish.
