British Columbia, CanadaA mix of pinot noir clones makes up this Island pink, shared between Damm (82%), Unsworth, and Cherry Point vineyards. The winemaking is simple, from a stainless steel ferment and a brief stay in tank. The colour is light orange, the attack fresh, before just sweet cherry and strawberry fills in the mid-palate, with a touch of dried herbs and gentle spicing. Elegant, soft, and ready to drink, this is the perfect patio sipper with or without food.Tasted: 25 March 2021Tasted by: Prices:
British Columbia, CanadaPouring a peachy hue, this year's rosé is pinot noir, primarily from from Damm Vineyard (82%), and supplemented with fruit from Unsworth Vineyard and Cherry Point Vineyard, and clones 777, 667, 115. This was fermented and aged briefly in stainless. Slick and gilded with a bump of RS to make it slide down, this is filled with strawberry jam, cherry gummies, fine spicing on the shorter finish. A simple, friendly pour to chill well and crack this summer.Tasted: 13 April 2021Tasted by: Prices:
