Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaLove the pale colour, super dry firm palate with plenty of acidity and minerality to spare. Screeching-ly tart and fresh on entry this calls for food and I'm thinking sushi would be a perfect foil. A pinch more fruit would really make this wine interesting but it is definitely on the right track.
