Fort Berens Reserve Riesling 2021
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Lillooet estate, and Dry Creek and Red Rock Vineyards, half of this was crushed and left on skins for 12 hours prior to pressing, and the remainder was whole cluster pressed. All were native fermented and rested in French barrel over 9 months (12% new). Lemon and lime sherbet, Asian pear, and green apple stream along the sleek palate, with well-placed lees cushioning the sides.
