Fort Berens Reserve Riesling 2019

Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaFrom a special block off their Lillooet Dry Creek Vineyard, this low-yield riesling was whole cluster pressed, fermented cold over 7 weeks in stainless, and aged in bottle for 18 months prior to release. The 18.9 g/L RS is well matched to a shining limey acidity, just off-dry with pear, white peach, clover honey, scented with white pepper and dried sage.
