Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom their oldest chardonnay block, this is rooted in clay and loam, consistently yielding wines with ample body and texture. This was aged for 10 months in French oak. The French oak polish adds a perfumed note to this weighted wine, framed with a brace of lemon/lime, and filled with lemon verbena and green apple, trailing off into a shimmery stony wake.
