Gray Monk Pinot Noir 2020

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect an electric ruby red colour and a nose of fresh red berries perfectly layered with a dusting of oak and smoke. The bright red fruit on the palate mix effortlessly with an earthy undercurrent and light tannins that fade into the finish. I like how it doesn’t overreach in the end, disappearing into a cool mix of redcurrants, cranberries, and spiced earth. Salmon sushi rolls would be a fit, as would a Portabello burger.Tasted: 21 December 2022Tasted by: Prices:
