Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Non-Fiction red blends malbec, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, and cabernet franc, all fermented and aged in concrete for 1 year. Fleshy with sarsaparilla, boysenberry, raspberry jam, and herbal cassis, this medium bodied red is seasoned with cracked pepper, and lifted with an easy acidity.
