Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom their Creek Shores estate Whitty Vineyard, Sandstone is the winery's top gamay. This was destemmed and macerated for a month in stainless, before resting 14 months in French barrels, new and seasoned, of varying sizes. Sandstone is a barrel selection, blended, then bottled after a light fining and filtration. This bottle was corked.
