Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom Creek Shores' Whitty Vineyard, this was destemmed and fermented in open top stainless, where it remained until it was lightly fined, filtered, and bottled in August 2021. Tight and sleek, with black cherry, spring raspberry running the medium bodied palate.
