Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaClassic claret colour and an equally classic cabernet nose: ripe cassis and savoury green. The flavours repeat with black currant and blackberry, green herbs, and full, quite angular tannins. Fresh acidity lightens the fruit concentration and full-bodied potency, and oak is ably handled so as not to interfere with fruit or herbs.
