Liquidity Pinot Noir 2017
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom estate fruit and five clones each fermented separately (including their 1994 planting of own-rooted 115), this had an average of 14 days skin contact at fermentation before pressing to French oak barrels (25% new) where it remained for 15 months prior to bottling. Warm, soft cherry, red currant, raspberry is licked with anise and red florals, and carried by gentle acidity. Tannins are soft and plush, carrying this to a slightly warming, nutmeg dusted finish.
