River Stone Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis sauvignon remains a delicate dance between acidity and sweet fruit. The grapes are grown just North of Oliver on the cooler, west side of the valley, in sandy loam deposited during the last glaciation. It’s a bit Californian in style but with better acidity and some underlying minerality. Melons, passionfruit, and pink grapefruit make the palate.
