Blue Mountain Reserve Pinot Gris 2015

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom 29-year-old estate vines in Okanagan Falls, this blends two clones of pinot gris, and was fermented and aged in a 60/40 stainless/oak split for eight months. Elegantly nonchalant, as is the house style, this lines up cream, lemon peel, pear, white peach and desert scrub into a fluid, medium bodied, streamlined palate. Intensity plus reserve, they've done a fantastic job in what was a record-breaking hot year in the Okanagan, leaving just a whisper of warmth in the finish. Drinking well now, but will certainly cellar short term.Tasted: 16 July 2018Tasted by: Prices:
