Blue Mountain Reserve Pinot Gris 2007
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVery nutty, garlic, spicy, (Euro) buttery, waxy, light honey and baked pear aromas. Round, dry, crisp, somewhat lean but balanced palate with green apple, garlic lees, nutty, grassy, grapefruit, and seashell flavours. Good structure but a more austere, tart style for food, especially oysters or calamari.
