Rocky Creek Pinot Gris 2015
Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThis is an all Cowichan pinot gris. A light copper colour previews a slightly oxidised nose with bits of pine, cedar and lemon. The attack is dry and fresh with brisk lemon flavours. It seems to grow in the glass finishing with more mineral, quince and lemon flavours.
