Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWild yeast fermented with fruit from Block 4 of their home vineyard, this medium bodied pinot noir carries forest berries, rhubarb, ripe strawberries and black cherry jam along a smooth palate. A middling tug of cedar hewn tannins and fine cinnamon spice on the mid palate, before a heated medicinal cherry twist on the finish.
