CedarCreek Pinot Noir 2008

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, celery salt, spicy, tobacco leaf, peppery, vanilla, coffee, black cherry aromas. Dry, tight, somewhat lean palate but elegant with smoky vanilla, coffee bean, peppery, rooty, dill, rhubarb, cherry cough syrup flavours. A bit lean and tart on the finish with lots of oak showing.
