Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Knights Valley, Sonoma County, California, United StatesKnights Valley always seems to strike that middle ground between northern Napa Valley richness and restrained middle-eastern Sonoma County. There’s more red fruit and acidity than you might expect but with just the right richness and weight. The finish is long and linear with minty, spicy, red fruit and still some youthful tannin to shed. You can drink this now with a steak but it would be fine to cellar through 2020. Good value.Tasted: 28 July 2016Tasted by: Prices:
