Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 1996

Knights Valley, Sonoma County, California, United StatesExpect a deep, cherry/purple colour. Open earthy, spicy, peppery, licorice, blackberry jam and violet aromas. Round but with soft tannins. This has fine concentration and structure with plenty of cassis, tarry, resiny, blackberry jam and pepper flavours. Much more grip here, could use 3-5 years to develop. Very fine and good value too.Tasted: 01 March 1999Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
