Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Knights Valley, Sonoma County, California, United StatesBeringer Vineyards has owned and farmed its Knights Valley vineyards since the mid-1960s. The location first appeared on the label in 1974, and it officially became an American Viticulture Area (AVA) in 1983. 2018 walks the line between ripeness and savoury, treading on its mint, black cherry, licorice, coffee, and exotic orange notes. The blend is 84/9/6/1/ cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot that spends 16 months in new French oak, of which 25 percent is new. I love the sophisticated but easy-drinking style this serious bottle of cabernet.Tasted: 03 December 2021Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
