Mission Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBlack cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant hallmark this Okanagan cabernet sauvignon, one shaped with cedar and roughed up with rustic wood-hewn tannins. Hints of dried cherry and prune sneak in on the palate, though the wood structure flattens them down pretty quickly. The finish carries heat and bitter coffee - best matched up with hearty stewed beef or lamb.Tasted: 24 March 2016Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $26.00 | 750ml | BCLS |
