Mission Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSome change since first tasting 10 months ago. Peppery, spicy, black olive, green bean, cassis, smoky aromas. Dry, round, slightly lean entry but fairly soft if angular. Lots of smoky, tar, coffee, cassis, tobacco leaf, black olive, earthy flavours. Tannins have softened but the finish is stil very warm. Should improve over the next year or try with beef.Tasted: 23 August 2006Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
