Mission Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 1998
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother deeply coloured wine with an open herbal, leafy cassis nose and plenty vanilla and toasted oak. We like the Médoc-like structure, black olive, dill and blackberry fruit and the long finish. Slightly hot but overall a fine effort and another step forward at Mission Hill where John Simes is beginning to zero in on B.C. red wine.Tasted: 01 March 2001Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $19.95 | 750ml |
