Tantalus Pinot Noir 2013
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTime in the bottle is helping this wine to come around from earlier spring tastings. The attack is juicy and fresh with red plum fruit, cedar, resin and cherries. There are still some sticky tannins mid-palate that need to be shed but there is plenty of fruit here, and length to balance that dryness. The finish is warm earth, mineral and leafy. Definitely a grilled salmon wine.Tasted: 26 September 2016Tasted by: Prices:BC | $30.00 | 750ml | winery direct, VQA and private wine shops |
