Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMinty, fresh brewed tea, licorice, cherry, floral, cedar-y nose. Fresh, dry, slightly tannic entry with some finesse. Raspberry, cedar, rhubarb, smoky, spicy, worsteshire, floral, rooty flavours with a meaty, light barnyard finish. A touch warm, a simple, fresher style for near term consumption.
