Tantalus Pinot Noir 2013

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYouthful and juicy, with perfumed raspberry and plum, light smoked cedar, tobacco and forest berry notes. Tannins are still tight and leaf-lined, but should relax a bit with some time in bottle. The finish dries up very quickly and hot; best enjoyed with something containing protein fats, like salmon or beef burgers. Sees twelve months in new and seasoned French oak barrels.Tasted: 02 March 2016Tasted by: Prices:
