Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhite pepper, black berry, prune, tobacco leaf, cassis jam, coffee, sage with a bit of sweaty saddle leather. Dry, fresh, elegant but slightly lean palate with smoky, black berry, mocha, espresso, light sausage meat, tobacco leaf, celery root and vanilla flavours. Fine flavours but it could use more texture and extract to balance the fresh acidity.
