Adami Vigneto Giardino Dry DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore NV

Treviso, Verona, Veneto, Italy‘Rive’ is the local dialect for steep hillside vineyards - average altitude, 200 - 250 m. situated on a slope forming an amphitheatre facing south in the case of Giardino owned by Adami. The creamiest style of all the Adami bubbles the nose and palate are a delicate, refined and complex as it gets for prosecco. A fruit salad that fines dry and full and long. A versatile wine you could serve with scallops or shrimp or with nutty desert cakes. Best to drink this young.Tasted: 10 August 2015Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
